I highly recommend this family owned business for anyone in need of the services that they offer. They were knowledgeable, kind, punctual and respectful. They wore their masks, laid out thick sheets to protect my carpet and cleaned up their mess afterwards. Their prices are fair. Definitely not as expensive as the other big companies that I received quotes from. Between them and a “big” company, we chose to go with Popular AC Services. Who wouldn’t want to support a family own business?!?! I am surely glad I picked them. They went above and beyond my expectations. My new system is running like a dream and I am loving the WiFi thermostat! They made sure that everything was running correctly as it should be before leaving. No cutting corners. All pure...honest... hard work. They truly care about their company and it shows with how they treat their customers, how they work and from the knowledge that they have about their equipment and installation. They are hands down the best!!!!

We had an excellent experience with Popular A/C Services. Our AC was not working properly. Within one hour of our call, a service person arrived and diagnosed the problem. Within two hours, a team was on the scene repairing the evaporate cooling coil system. Although it was a Saturday, there was no weekend premium charge.

This family owned business is professional, personable, and just overall amazing. They call you back right away and even update you with texts, even on weekends. Our A/C unit went out one evening on the weekend and they came out THAT SAME EVENING to check things out. Even with mosquitoes tearing them up, they were trying their best to fix our unit and help us get cool.They are patient and explain the issue and solution in a very clear way without being condescending. I appreciated their integrity as well and got the sense that they not only wanted to help us cool the house right away but pay a fair price. I have their number saved for any future concerns and to also refer to family and friends.

We discovered around 7:40 pm that our a/c was out. We called quite a few companies, to no avail. We reached out to Popular A/C around 9pm and true to their posted availability time (24 hrs) they showed up around 12am (the exact time frame that was given). Javier discovered and corrected the wiring in our newly a/c unit. He was professional, courteous, and attentive. The price was very reasonable. We definitely recommend Popular A/C Services!
